Attorney Jeff Reynard
I was born and raised in the Ohio Valley in a small town near Steubenville, Ohio. In 1991, I made Columbus my home when I moved here to attend The Ohio State University. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio State in 1996, double majoring in political science and criminology. Throughout my undergraduate years, I worked at the Ohio State College of Law assisting law students and attorneys find jobs in the legal community.
I attended Ohio State College of Law and received a Juris Doctor degree in 1999. Throughout my law school years, I clerked for a prominent criminal defense firm in downtown Columbus. This experience assisted me in starting my own practice upon being licensed in 1999.
Since then, I have built and maintained my practice, earning a reputation as a good lawyer who works hard for his clients. In my years of practice, I've represented thousands of clients with varying backgrounds and diverse legal issues. I take my clients interests seriously and endeavor to provide them with effective, responsive legal help.

Attorney Scott Rice
Scott E. Rice is an Ohio attorney in Columbus and Central Ohio concentrating in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Scott grew up in Eastern Ohio and was part of the first graduating class from Buckeye Local High School. He received his B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in History from the Ohio State University in 1995. He earned his J.D. from Cleveland Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University in 1998. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1999, and has practiced law in Ohio since that time.
After graduating law school Scott went on to be an assistant prosecuting attorney in Carroll County, Ohio (Carrollton) and later an assistant felony prosecuting attorney in Licking County, Ohio (Newark).
Since 2002, Scott E. Rice has specialized in the handling of bankruptcy and reorganization cases for individuals. Attorney Scott E. Rice has been the attorney of record in over 1,000 bankruptcy cases on numerous bankruptcy issues, including Chapters 7 and 13 cases, and bankruptcy litigation.
